According to Ashura News, quoted by Mehr News Agency, Mohammad Qaem Khani, a writer and literary researcher, said about the book "Ruhullah", a documentary biography of Imam Khomeini (RA) by Hadi Hakimian: "The book "Ruhullah" can be important for several groups of audiences; including those who have very little knowledge of the Imam, as well as those who want to know him from a new and fresh perspective." Khani, who himself wrote the book "Simorgh Simorgh" about Imam Khomeini, added: "But what is important to me is the role that the book "Ruhullah" can play in introducing the new generation to Imam Khomeini (RA). In recent years, most of the people and young people have become familiar with Imam Khomeini (RA) through short one-minute clips or short sentences on doors and walls. Apart from acquaintances in elite and academic circles, the general public has not had a deep and serious relationship with the Imam. This book is a good opportunity to reread the life of Imam Khomeini (RA) because it covers the entire life of the Imam and also because of its attractive and readable prose. Many people may encounter the Imam for the first time through this book and recognize him from his childhood to the day of his funeral. This book has this capacity and I hope that it will be introduced and read as it deserves.

We did not have a book that is a complete biography of Imam Khomeini (RA)

Referring to his own book "Simorgh Si Morgh", a fictional biography of Imam Khomeini (RA), the author said about the book "Ruhullah": Mr. Hakimian had started writing the book "Ruhullah" before me, but our books were published almost simultaneously. My book, "Simorgh Si Morgh", is also about Imam Khomeini (RA), with the difference that my work is compact and brief, while Mr. Hakimian's work is detailed and complete. At the same time, I wanted to find and read books about the Imam's biography, but unfortunately, there were none. It was very surprising to me that we did not have a book about Imam Khomeini (RA) that was a complete biography. Apart from the book published by Sayan, which had a narration accompanied by photographs, there was no other book. It was in light of this gap that I started writing "Simorgh Si Morgh". Fortunately, the book Ruhollah was also published at the same time.

کتاب «روح الله» از نظر مستندات و جزئیات، یکتا است و نظیر ندارد

The author of "Pictures of Silence" said: These two books were the first works that covered the life of Imam Khomeini (RA) from his birth to his funeral. Perhaps the biggest difference between my book and Mr. Hakimian's is that I have a brief narrative, while his is a complete and detailed narrative. Also, my book is a fictional biography that looks at the political developments of contemporary history. In this book, I tried to write contemporary history looking at the life and memories of Imam Khomeini (RA); because the Imam has spoken a lot about the contemporary history of Iran and has expressed his memories under various pretexts.

Khani added: A detailed approach, extensive use of details and documents, and hand-picking from diverse sources are Mr. Hakimian's specialty. The details and documents in Ruhollah's book are very numerous, and various information and the first category are presented to the audience from different angles. Therefore, I can say that Ruhollah's book is unique in this respect and has no equal.

Mastery of contemporary history and attractive prose are Hadi Hakimian's characteristics

This author said about the characteristics of Hadi Hakimian's writing: I got to know Hadi Hakimian from the novel "The Tower of Famine" and I was very surprised when I read that novel. In this book, Hakimian traces the history of the revolution in the city of Yazd and gives the audience an untouched and pristine narrative of the revolution. It is truly an astonishing work that unfortunately did not receive the attention of festivals, awards, or the audience. Hakimian's subsequent works are also good; for example, the collection of stories that I read by him also had interesting perspectives, or his collection of books for teenagers is really worthy of attention. Especially the teenage novel "The Persimmon Garden", which is Hakimian's most well-known book and has been read by most people. In this book, Hakimian narrates the most difficult parts of Iranian history with an interesting perspective and helps teenagers become familiar with contemporary history.

Khani said: Mr. Hakimian has two very important characteristics; one is his amazing mastery of history and the use of documents, as if contemporary history is always before his eyes, and the other is his very attractive, fluent, and unobstructed prose. It is rare to find these two characteristics together, but they are present in Hadi Hakimian's work.

He concluded by saying: Hadi Hakimian had been writing very quietly in Yazd for years and was busy with his own work. Isolated from all the currents and groups in literature, he did his own thing and progressed, and unfortunately, his good works were not seen as they should have been. I hope that with the good event that has taken place for the book Ruhollah, Hakimian's worth will be recognized more and that our media will treat professionals more professionally.
