Naini: Sedition has no end; the enemy always seeks overthrow

According to Ashura News, quoted by Mehr reporter, Ali Mohammad Naeini, head of the central headquarters for commemorating the Day of Allah 9, stated in the first coordination and planning meeting of the Day of Insight and Covenant with the Province: One approach is that we recount historical events and learn from the events. The Supreme Leader said in a meeting with the Day of Allah 9 commemoration headquarters that you should pay attention to the spirit of this epic and its forming elements. Therefore, our task is clear.

He continued: The goal and philosophy of holding this headquarters and commemoration are clear according to the leadership's demand; the confrontation between right and wrong is always upon him. The form of this confrontation changes with the patterns of confrontation, the tools, and the method of this confrontation.

The head of the central headquarters for commemorating the Day of Allah 9 said: In 2009, an internal totalitarian movement led the enemy to believe that there was a possibility of collapse from within. The sedition in 2009 was a dangerous, complex political, security, and subversive plan. A military overthrow by a foreign enemy without collapse from within is meaningless and impossible.

Naeini pointed out: The Western-oriented totalitarians provided the enemy with the conditions for a soft overthrow and created in the enemy the belief that an overthrow was possible, and the leaders of Western, European and American countries publicly announced that our system was finished; let us not forget that they explicitly announced the same thing during the 12-Day War and wanted to overthrow the system through an armed rebellion that would be linked to the counter-revolutionary movement.

He added: Before the 12-Day War, the sedition and Western-oriented movements conveyed to the enemy the belief that Iran was weak and that they could disrupt the country after a military invasion. The 12-Day invasion was based on the belief that Iran was weak, the same belief that the enemy receives signals from within. We must pay attention to the fact that sedition and sedition have no end and will definitely continue in different forms.

The enemy's goals in 2009 and 2015 are the same and in both cases they seek overthrow

The head of the Central Headquarters for the commemoration of the 9th of January, said: The Supreme Leader said in his analysis of the 12-day war that this war was not a new experience and that for 46 years the Americans had been seeking to overthrow the Islamic Republic in different ways. The enemy's goals in 2009 and 2015 are the same and in both cases they seek overthrow, one is hard overthrow and the other is soft overthrow, and the enemy has experienced two models of overthrow. The enemy has the experience of color revolutions in different countries and has drawn conclusions from it. From his own perspective, he has been able to create color revolutions in two countries and in 17 countries these revolutions have led to overthrow.

The head of the Central Headquarters for the commemoration of the 9th of January, referring to the similarity of these approaches with the sedition of 2009, continued: The Americans' assumption in 2009 was that by relying on the experience of color revolutions, they could weaken the Islamic Republic. They thought that Iran had lost its regional power and its power of resistance, that it did not need deterrence, and that by hitting the country's scientific and military assets, a serious shock could be created and the defense structure could collapse, ultimately leading to an internal rebellion. It was a complex and very dangerous plan; the same thing that happened in 2009, and it must be carefully re-examined and lessons learned from it.

He continued: "We must not allow that dangerous plan of the enemy to be reduced to a political dispute or electoral dispute. The 2009 sedition was a full-fledged subversion project; complex and very dangerous. The commemoration of the epic of 9th of Dey should help deepen sedition and threat studies in society. One of the important goals of this commemoration is exactly this; raising the level of awareness of threats."

Naeini emphasized the responsibility of various agencies in this regard, saying: "We and all officials of the 9th of Dey commemoration headquarters in the provinces must increase the level of threat studies and sedition studies in the programs for this occasion."

In part of his speech, Naini stated: "You should know that those who are intimidated by the sedition of the West will not stop sedition and confronting the system. We must try to explain the role of the leadership and the role of the people in important events, including the sedition of 2009 and the recent war in the 12 provinces. We must reveal the dimensions of the personality of the Iranian nation, as well as the dimensions of the role of the Supreme Leader and his position."

The head of the central headquarters for the commemoration of the Day of Allah on January 29, emphasizing that the Iranian nation is adversarial and courageous, stated: "Our nation distinguishes between electoral disputes and enemy conspiracies, and even if it has difficulty in managing its life and livelihood, is dissatisfied, and is critical of the conditions, it distinguishes between hostility and enmity, protest, and rebellion. The Iranian nation is fully alert and has acted well in making correct and timely diagnoses so far."

Referring to the Leader's words that the Iranian nation will not surrender and has courage, Naeini continued: In 2009, he said that the Iranian nation's movement was a sign of the nation's timing, and these are important points that we must explain on this great occasion of the 9th of Dey, May Allah's Day. We thank God that our enemy is delusional and provides us with many opportunities to build power. We can use these opportunities and increase our capacities in the field of soft and hard power play. He said: "I hope that with the help of God Almighty, we will witness a more passionate movement on the 9th of Dey this year. We will witness an exciting atmosphere and an enlightening movement throughout the country, God willing."
