According to Ashura News, quoted by Mehr News Agency, on Monday evening, during a meeting with members of the Independents Faction of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Masoud Pezshkian referred to the government's extensive interaction with the Assembly in the recent period and emphasized that the prerequisite for achieving progress and development is to achieve a common language and move on the path of clear indicators in interactions between the forces. He said: "The Government of National Accord has met, discussed and interacted with the esteemed members of the Assembly more than all previous governments over the past 9 months, and this sympathetic process will continue with seriousness; in the path of service, we do not recognize any difference between government officials and members of the Assembly."

Emphasizing the government's people-oriented approach, the President added: "The government considers itself committed to the participation and persuasion of the people in every action and decision at the macro level, and no decision will be made without considering public opinion and attracting the support of the community."

Referring to the government's dignity-oriented view of the people, Pezizian clarified: "No negative behavior or action in dealing with the people is on the government's agenda, and all our efforts are to make the people feel that this government has come to serve them, not for personal or factional interests."

The President considered religious teachings on the equality of human beings regardless of race, religion, and ethnicity to be an inspiration for the government and an important characteristic of governance, and stated: "All segments of the Iranian nation, regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, and belief, enjoy equal rights, and the government considers it its definitive duty to provide services to all citizens without discrimination."

Pezizian also emphasized regarding indirect negotiations with the United States: "These negotiations will be held in full coordination with the Supreme Leader, and his instructions will be our guiding light on this path. We have not tied the lives and livelihoods of the nation to negotiations and we will not tie them to negotiations. In negotiations, we will not retreat from our principles in any way, and at the same time, we do not want tension."

The President also referred to the imbalance crisis, especially in the energy sector, and said: "Removing these imbalances requires time, collective wisdom, and expert work." So far, several meetings have been held with experts who agree and criticize, and their views have been taken into account in the government's policies in this regard.

Regarding the government's approach to education, Pezizian emphasized the need to achieve educational justice and said: "We are determined to build schools in areas without schools, equip educational centers, and reform teaching methods." In this direction, public participation has been attracted, and it is expected that members of parliament will also be a significant help to the government in this matter.

The President emphasized: "Today's students are the capital and future builders of tomorrow's country, and if proper education and the principled upbringing of our children are neglected today, tomorrow it will be too late to make up for this backwardness."

Emphasizing that he considers the responsibility of the presidency a divine trust to serve the people, Pezizkian stated: "In order to serve the people and the country, I have accepted the many difficulties and limitations of this responsibility, and responsibility and power have no appeal to me except as an opportunity to solve the problems of the people." The President also pointed out the difficulties facing reforming the country's affairs and stated: "Naturally, in the current circumstances, reforming the problems is not easy, but with empathy, collective wisdom, and the support of the people and representatives, this difficult path will also be possible."
