According to Ashura News, citing a Mehr reporter, in order to extend the pure Quranic capacities in the international arena, the necessary coordination has been made by the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization for the travel of the members of the Quranic program of the Mahfil to Tanzania.
In this trip, in addition to Hamed Shakernejad and Ahmad Abolghasemi, the hosts of the Mahfil television program, Mahna Ghanbari and Mohammad Hossein Azimi, Iranian young reciters will also perform various Quranic programs among the Tanzanian Muslims.
Quranic diplomacy has received special attention from the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization in recent years as one of the main axes of Iran's cultural interactions. This organization, with its extensive network throughout the world, has the best capacity for developing Quranic interactions at the international level.
According to Neyshaburi, the scope of international Quranic activities is expanding every day with the establishment of the Quranic Diplomacy Headquarters under the Secretariat of the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization and the participation of institutions such as the World University of Al-Mustafa (PBUH), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the International Quran News Agency (IKNA), and other Quranic institutions.
The aim of these programs is described as strengthening religious cooperation, promoting Quranic culture, and deepening spiritual ties between Iran and other countries.
