According to Ashura News, citing Al Jazeera, informed sources announced that the Hamas movement has delivered its response to the plan proposed by US President Donald Trump to the mediating parties in Egypt and Qatar.

These sources added that in its response, Hamas praised the US President's efforts to end the war and create an agreement, but emphasized the need to receive clarifications and clarifications regarding some of the provisions of the plan.

Regarding its response to the US President's plan, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas issued a statement, announcing that, with the aim of immediately stopping the aggression and genocidal war against the resistant people of Gaza, and based on national responsibility and adherence to the principles, rights and supreme interests of the Palestinian people, it has held extensive consultations with the Palestinian leadership institutions, groups and movements, as well as with mediators and friends, and after careful consideration, it has made its decision and presented the response to the mediators.

In this response, Hamas appreciated the Arab, Islamic, international and Trump’s personal efforts to stop the war, exchange prisoners between the two sides, immediately allow aid, oppose the occupation of Gaza and reject the displacement of the Palestinian people.

The movement continued its statement by announcing that, based on the aforementioned framework and with the aim of stopping the war and completely withdrawing from Gaza, Hamas agrees to the release of all Zionist prisoners – both living and dead – based on the exchange formula proposed in the Trump plan, along with the provision of the necessary field conditions for its implementation, and has stressed its readiness to immediately begin negotiations through intermediaries to examine the details of this agreement.

Hamas also reiterated its agreement to hand over the administration of the Gaza Strip to a Palestinian delegation consisting of independents (technocrats) based on the Palestinian national consensus and with the support of Arab and Islamic support.

Regarding other clauses of the Trump plan that relate to the future of the Gaza Strip and the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people, Hamas stated that these issues will be examined within the framework of a comprehensive national position and based on relevant international laws and resolutions, and within this national framework, Hamas will be present and participate in decision-making with full responsibility.

It is worth noting that Trump's biased plan was presented in order to increase US support for the Zionist regime and disarm the resistance without mentioning the possibility of establishing a Palestinian state.
