The Spanish Foreign Minister stated: "We support the investigation into the possibility of genocide in Gaza and officially join South Africa's complaint."
According to Ashura News, citing Al Jazeera, the Spanish Foreign Minister announced on Sunday: The war in Gaza no longer has any purpose other than turning it into a large cemetery. We demand the suspension of the cooperation agreement with Israel due to human rights violations.
He continued: We support the investigation into the possibility of genocide in Gaza and officially join South Africa's complaint. We support the formation of a unified Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
This comes at a time when several countries such as Ireland, Chile, Turkey, Egypt, Cuba, Turkey, and... have joined South Africa's complaint to the UN High Court against the crimes of the occupiers of Jerusalem.
South Africa's legal team submitted a nearly 5,000-page file to the UN High Court, which is the latest step in the case that the country has filed by accusing the Zionist regime of committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
According to a statement issued by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, the document, which the International Court of Justice will not make public until the next stage of the proceedings, presents the "main case" that Israel has "specific intent and purpose to commit genocide."
