Hamas emphasized: Several obstacles were created due to the occupation regime’s sabotage, delay, and manipulation of a number of names, which caused this list not to be issued during the previous round, but following extensive efforts to verify this list, the “Prisoners Information Office” decided to publish this list through its official channels.
The statement stated: The full responsibility for the lives of all prisoners and detainees, as well as the responsibility for any manipulation or disruption of the list, will fall on the Zionist occupation regime.
The movement stated: The occupying regime continues to forcibly conceal the names and other numbers of prisoners in its prisons and detention centers and refuses to disclose them, but despite this, efforts to discover their fate continue around the clock.
At the end of the statement, Hamas called on the mediating countries to pressure the occupying regime to disclose the names of all prisoners and detainees, guarantee their health and human rights, and stop the gross violations of international laws and standards by this regime.
