According to Ashura News, quoted by IRNA news agency, Aban 13, falling on November 4, marks the seizure of the US Embassy in Tehran in 1979 and is a National Day in the Islamic Revolution. The day is also known as the Student Day in Iran, marking National Day of Protest Against Global Arrogance.

The National Day of Fighting Against Global Arrogance will be held in front of former US embassy - known as the Den of Espionage - in Tehran on Thursday (November 4, 2021).

Major General Hossein Salaami, the commander-in-chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), will make a speech during the ceremony. People in other cities are going to commemorate this event.

The 13th of Aban has turned into a symbol of great sensitive and momentous realities. The event reminds greed of the United States, because the American authorities thought that they are allowed to loot other countries resources. The 13th of Aban is the reminiscent of Iranian students' vigilance in dealing with the US' threats.
