Iran's secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani will participate in the third meeting of Regional Security Dialogue on Afghanistan in New Delhi on November 10.

According to Ashura News, quoted by ISNA news agency, The meeting will be held at the level of the national security advisers of Iran, Russia, China, India, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The participants will discuss the latest security developments in the region.
Two earlier meetings in this format have been held in Iran in September 2018 and December 2019 to confer on Afghanistan’s crisis.
