According to Ashura News, quoted by Mehr News Agency, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi discussed the latest situation following the military aggression of the Zionist regime against Iran in a phone call with Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand on Saturday night.
The Foreign Minister of our country, explaining the dimensions of the Zionist regime’s criminal aggression against Iran and targeting public infrastructure and residential areas and killing Iranian people, including military figures, elites and university professors, innocent women and children, emphasized the responsibility of all governments and the UN Security Council to stop this aggression and hold the Israeli regime accountable and punish it for this lawbreaking.
Araqchi also pointed out the dangerous action of the Zionist regime in targeting Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities and emphasized that this aggressive act took place in the midst of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear file and violates all international laws and regulations and the UN Charter.
Referring to Iran's diplomatic consultations with various countries in the region and the world regarding the consequences and consequences of the Zionist regime's aggression against Iran, the Foreign Minister of our country emphasized that the complicity and intervention of the United States in the current conflict is the biggest mistake of this country, which can spread the flames of war to the entire region and beyond.
The Canadian Foreign Minister, while expressing concern about the escalation of insecurity in the region, considered the only solution to overcome this situation to be the diplomatic path and announced his readiness to cooperate in this regard.
