According to Ashura News, citing Mehr News Agency, Government Spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani, continuing her weekly television reports, stated that the Health Insurance Organization covers more than 45 million citizens of the country and pays an average of 236 billion Tomans per day for medical expenses. She stated: These services are provided through an extensive network that includes 158,000 medical centers, nearly 1,000 hospitals, 2,434 clinics, 15,000 pharmacies, 2,650 laboratories, and more than 3,800 physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and speech therapy centers. Services at these centers are often free of charge, and if a fee is charged, the amount will be small and in accordance with the approved tariffs.

The government spokesperson added: One point that was approved at the Economic Council meeting last week that could help improve the quality of passenger flights was the issuance of a license to purchase two Airbus aircraft.

She said: Another issue is the Ayandeh Bank, which is naturally on the minds of many people; Because there were nearly three million depositors in this bank and about 3,000 people were employed in it. The process of "resolving" or resolving the situation of this bank has begun, before the final liquidation and has steps that are taken to prevent bank imbalances. The assets, liabilities and imbalances of this bank have been determined in the Deposit Guarantee Fund and its liquid assets have been transferred to the National Bank.

Mohajerani noted: As of October 18, Ayandeh Bank has entered the process of resolving, in the event of an imbalance between assets and liabilities, the major shareholders will be obliged to compensate for the loss.

Referring to the issue of kolbars, he continued: Another issue that needs to be explained is the organization of the situation of kolbars. The images that were published on this issue were not in line with the human dignity of any person and naturally caused public concern. Accordingly, the government approved a resolution to organize kolbars and shacks with the aim of improving the livelihoods of border residents.

The government spokesman said: Border residents have always defended the country's borders with sacrifice and have repeatedly resisted invasions during the Holy Defense and the 12-Day War. For this reason, paying attention to their livelihood is of particular importance.

He said: In the past, it was not clear what goods were imported through Kolbari and only vehicle license plates were registered, but now, with the implementation of the new plan, the government is not only organizing but also supporting domestic production. 60 percent of the approximately two trillion tomans revenue from this plan has been allocated to employment development, 20 percent to infrastructure development, and 20 percent to combating smuggling. So far, about $700 million in goods have been imported through this route and about two hemts of revenue have been allocated to the provinces, which is expected to reach 10 hemts by the end of the year.

He added: One of the government's plans is to establish joint industrial towns with neighboring countries and expand border markets. Of course, some importers may have criticisms in this regard, which will be examined by the Chamber of Commerce and relevant commissions so that this capacity can ultimately serve to strengthen domestic production.

Regarding the electricity imbalance, Mohajerani said: Regarding the electricity imbalance in the country, although this issue is a challenge, it also has opportunities. The share of clean energy in the country's energy portfolio was about one percent until last year, which has now increased to two and a half percent, and the government considers itself obliged to increase this share. Iran has a high advantage in solar energy production due to its geographical location, and the development of this sector, while reducing fossil fuel consumption, will reduce environmental pollution, especially in the central provinces, Isfahan and Alborz, and we hope that the process of creating solar power plants, or so-called solar farms, in the central plateau provinces will continue.

He continued: Regarding the "Fuad" project, it should be said that the 128 system is active to receive public complaints from government employees. Citizens in the provinces of Alborz, Qazvin and Tehran can call this number in case of non-response or inappropriate behavior of government employees. The feedback system has also been activated so that necessary follow-up can be carried out in case of repeated violations. Government employees have a duty to do their utmost to serve the people.

Referring to nurses and Nurses' Day, Mohajerani congratulated the day and said: 48 percent of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education's employment quotas have been allocated to nurses.

He continued: We sometimes hear in cyberspace that the number of nurses' overtime has increased significantly; to be honest, such an increase has not been very significant. Of course, the number of overtime has increased and this increase has been done completely correctly, because it is the right of these dear people and even more so, it is their right.

Mohajerani stated: Naturally, the government must be able to continue this path correctly by observing its justice-oriented procedure. Therefore, there was an increase last year, but I emphasize that the amount of this increase was a few percent and the reality of these percentages is somewhat different from our actual figures.

He said: "A number of nurses who spoke to me were complaining about this few percent increase, which of course they are completely right to say. In any case, the increase in the amount of overtime these dear ones have been done in the past year, and also, nearly 10,000 nurses have been hired in the new recruitment exam."
