The IRGC's Public Relations Department announced that the Ramat David Air Base, the source of the aggression against the Beirut suburbs, was targeted by ballistic missiles from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Aerospace Force.
According to Ashura News, citing Sepah News, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' public relations department announced:بسمالله قاصم الجبارینقَاتِلُوهُمْ یُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللَّهُ بِأَیْدِیکُمْ وَیُخْزِهِمْ وَیَنْصُرْکُمْ عَلَیْهِمْ وَیَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِینَدر In response to the widespread crime of the usurping Zionist regime in southern Lebanon and the widespread killing and displacement of the oppressed people of the Tyre and Nabatieh areas and other places, including the Beirut suburbs, the Ramat David Air Base, the origin of these aggressions, was targeted by the IRGC’s ballistic missiles. Our acceptance of the ceasefire on April 9 was conditional on a ceasefire on all fronts; but as always, the US and the Zionist regime did not adhere to their commitment, they continued the aggressions and crimes in Lebanon, and violated the ceasefire by repeatedly attacking Iranian coasts and vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, the Sea of Oman, and the Indian Ocean. Tonight’s operation was merely a warning, and if the aggressions are repeated, the responses will be more extensive and will encompass all American-Zionist targets in the region.
