According to Ashura News, quoted by Fars news agency, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces, announced: In the context of confronting the American and Zionist aggression against the axis of jihad and resistance in Iran, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen, and in opposition to the Zionist plan to establish "Greater Israel" under the title of the new Middle East, and in line with the effort to break the cruel and criminal siege imposed by the United States against the people of Yemen and the free and proud nations of the axis of resistance in Lebanon, Gaza and Iran has been implemented, as well as based on the principle of unity of the fields and joint confrontation with the enemies, and in response to Israel's attacks against Lebanon, Iran and Gaza; The Yemeni armed forces announce that they have carried out missile attacks on sensitive targets in Israel in the occupied Jaffa area, which, with God's help, have accurately achieved their goals. He noted: In this regard, the Yemeni armed forces emphasize the following points; First, the announcement of a complete and comprehensive ban on sailing for Israel in the Red Sea. From the moment this statement is issued, all Israeli movements are considered a military target for the Yemeni armed forces. Brigadier General Yahya Saree clarified: Second, we emphasize that any escalation of tension will be met with a reciprocal response and intensified measures, and Yemeni military operations will have an exponential trend in accordance with the developments and the battle process, and in coordination and participation with the axis of jihad and resistance.
He added: Thirdly, we emphasize that the people of Yemen and the free nations of the Ummah have the right to confront the aggression of America and Israel and that they will not remain indifferent to the blockade imposed on the people of Yemen and the nations of the axis of jihad and resistance in Palestine, Gaza, Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq. It is stated in this statement that all the efforts of the enemy will be defeated by the will of God and the operations will continue as long as the encroachment and siege continue.
