In the IRGC Navy's "Power of Authority" exercise, a series of ballistic and cruise missiles were fired from points deep inside the country, destroying predetermined targets in the Sea of Oman with high accuracy.
According to Ashura News, citing Tasnim News Agency, during the new phase of the IRGC Navy's "Etat" exercise, various types of cruise missiles "Qadr 110", "Qadr 380", "Qadir" as well as the "303" ballistic missile were fired simultaneously from several points deep in the country and hit all the designated targets in the Sea of Oman with high accuracy.
At the same time, the participating drone systems also carried out successful attacks against simulated enemy bases and destroyed the intended targets.
In another part of this exercise, air defense systems deployed on IRGC vessels are practicing heavy counteraction to attacking air targets; targets that in the exercise scenario intend to attack fast vessels and Iranian coasts.
The sustainability of combat systems and assessing the ability to counter the enemy's electronic warfare are among the main axes of this exercise, which is being carried out in the waters of the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz and Iranian islands.
