According to Ashura News, according to Reuters, US President Donald Trump, who is in Riyadh for consultations with officials, said in a speech on Tuesday: "It is a great honor for me to return to this kingdom and to be welcomed in this way. The US-Saudi relationship is stronger today than ever and will remain so."

He said: "We have reduced the crossing of (illegal immigrants) across the US border to an unprecedented level. The level of US military recruitment is now at its highest level in 30 years."

Donald Trump added: "China has decided to cooperate with the US in trade and other areas. ... We should all hope that the new Syrian government will succeed in establishing stability in the country.... We want the Middle East to be defined by trade, not chaos, and by technology exports, not terrorism! Marco Rubio met with the foreign minister of (established terrorists) Syria. I want to end the sanctions on Syria so that I can give Syria a second chance."

The US President, ignoring the country's officials' admissions about the failure of the maximum pressure policy against Tehran during his first term, made a ridiculous claim: In my first term, I imposed unprecedented sanctions on Iran; Tehran had no money left! They (the Joe Biden administration) lifted the sanctions on Iran for nothing, and the country made a lot of money. The Biden administration gave Tehran billions of dollars to finance terrorism in the Middle East (West Asia)!

He claimed: Iran can have a better future. We don't have much time and time is passing quickly; so move. The offer to Iran will not be forever. I am offering Iran a new path for a more promising future. I do not like war. I want to make a deal with Iran to make the world safer. If I can reach an agreement with Iran, I will be happy, but if an agreement is not reached, I will apply maximum pressure so that their oil exports will reach zero, as they have in the past. Iran cannot have nuclear weapons. They (the Biden administration) lifted the sanctions on the Houthis (Yemeni army) and you saw what happened. I am ready to end our past conflicts and our deep differences with Iran.

Trump added: We are working hard to release the prisoners (from Hamas). This week, the last American prisoner was released this week. The people of Gaza deserve a better life.

The US President said: Rubio and other US officials will travel to Turkey. In a country where the Russian-Ukrainian talks may take place. I expect good results from the possible talks between the Russian and Ukrainian officials in Istanbul.
